s  Works with the project owners to ensure each phase of each project is completed to schedule.

Quality Management

s  Ensures all new build projects are completed in adherence to British Safety Standards.

s  Practiced in the preparation of contract drawings, specification and standard referencing and defining the scope of work expected by a potential contractor.

Contract Administration

s  Manages daily site progress requirements and inspection/monitoring/ trouble shouting construction matters arising from concerns with both temporary and permanent workers and the early resolution of disagreements/discrepancies/differences.

s  Coordinates set up, maintenance and assignment of contracts, as well as providing direction to sub contractors and key staff.

s  Proven experience in working with different nationalities and cultures and develops and maintains excellent communications with all team members.

Safety Management

s  Identifies training and personal development needs of sub-contractors, ensuring that each team member is appropriately qualified for each task and that they work in compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and in-house quality assurance standards.

s  Facilitates project safety reviews & establishes/maintains document controls.

s  Progresses meetings and evaluates any matters that conflict with health, safety, environmental, project progress and quality matters.
